About Michael

Michael is an experienced employment law attorney with over 20 years of experience in private practice and as in-house counsel. He is a former equity partner with Littler Mendelson, P.C. (2004-2021), the largest management-side labor and employment law firm in the world, where he counseled and represented clients in all areas of employment law. His litigation practice focused on representing employers in complex wage and hour class actions in state and federal courts, where he successfully mediated high stakes cases on behalf of his clients. Michael extensive experience counseling on wage and hour matters nationwide and leading internal audits of employment practices. He regularly represented clients in Department of Labor audits and administrative hearings.
As in-house counsel, Michael has advised on employment law matters, with substantial experience advising on the development and ongoing compliance of workforce management and human capital management systems worldwide.
Since 2017, Michael has mediated cases with an emphasis on employment and complex wage and hour class actions in single or multi-jurisdictional settings, bringing two decades of procedural and substantive experience in this area of the law.
