Michael mediates employment and commercial matters.  With over two decades of experience as an attorney, including working as a litigator and partner with the world’s largest employment law firm, Michael brings a vast knowledge of employment law (wage & hour, discrimination, harassment, whistleblower, unfair competition cases, etc.). 

Michael’s extensive experience litigating large and complex class actions, combined with his knowledge and experience in resolving these matters through ADR, makes him well-equipped to help parties resolve the most complex and difficult cases.  Michael works with parties and counsel at all stages of litigation.
